Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using CityFly's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Service
CityFly is a private jet charter request service operated by CityMobility. We act as an intermediary connecting clients with vetted aircraft operators. We curate flight options, facilitate bookings, and coordinate ground transportation services. We do not own or operate aircraft.
Service Scope
Our services include:
- Receiving and processing flight charter requests
- Sourcing and presenting flight options from vetted operators
- Facilitating communication between clients and operators
- Coordinating bookings on your behalf
- Arranging ground transportation through CityMobility (optional)
- Providing customer support throughout the process
No Obligation
Submitting a flight request through CityFly creates no obligation to book. You are free to review options and decide whether to proceed. Similarly, operators may decline requests based on availability or other factors.
Booking and Payment
When you choose to proceed with a booking:
- Final terms, pricing, and payment arrangements are established between you and the aircraft operator
- You are responsible for all payments as agreed with the operator
- Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the operator and communicated before booking confirmation
- CityFly may charge a service fee, which will be clearly disclosed before booking
Operator Responsibility
Aircraft operators are independent contractors responsible for flight operations, safety, compliance with aviation regulations, aircraft maintenance, and crew qualifications. CityFly performs due diligence in vetting operators but does not control or supervise flight operations.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information in your flight requests
- Comply with all applicable aviation regulations and security requirements
- Arrive at the designated location at the agreed time
- Ensure all passengers have valid travel documents
- Inform us of any special requirements or changes promptly
- Treat aircraft, crew, and staff with respect
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation policies vary by operator and are communicated before booking. Weather delays, operational issues, or force majeure events may affect scheduled flights. We will work with you to find alternative solutions but cannot guarantee availability or refunds in such circumstances.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- CityFly acts solely as an intermediary and is not liable for the actions, omissions, or conduct of aircraft operators
- We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, or operational issues
- We are not liable for injury, damage, or loss occurring during flights or ground transportation
- Our total liability shall not exceed the service fees paid to CityFly
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Aircraft operators carry appropriate insurance as required by aviation regulations.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CityFly, CityMobility, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of third parties.
Privacy and Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your travel arrangements. Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. We expect clients to respect the confidentiality of pricing and service details.
Intellectual Property
All content on the CityFly website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CityMobility or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use our services for illegal purposes or in violation of any regulations
- Provide false or misleading information
- Interfere with the operation of our services or systems
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated systems to access our services without permission
- Harass, abuse, or harm others through use of our services
Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to any client who violates these terms, provides false information, or engages in conduct we deem inappropriate. Upon termination, you must cease using our services.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Romania.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Romanian law.
Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CityFly regarding use of our services.
